- Leave Guildford approximately 4.15am and arrive in Freiburg around 5.00pm.

- Practice match day - there will be four matches for all the players at the Blau Weiss Club.
Saturday 7th April
- Formal Welcome by the Mayor's office
Sunday 8th April
- Trophy Match Day followed by an evening of celebrations, awards etc.
Monday 9th April

Tuesday 10th April
- Coach leaves Freiburg about 9.30am and arrives back in Guildford around 7.00pm.
